Your shop’s day, in whichever view you need

Each view answers a different question: what slot you have left today, how the week is shaping up, what is being worked on right now. Switch between them without leaving the module or losing your filters.

Give a drop-off time while the customer is still on the phone

The day by technician with its gaps, the week to spread the load and the month to place services and inspections with room to spare. You know straight away what you can promise and which lift you have to do it with.

The order of the day, proposed and explained

You start the day knowing which car goes first and why. Cafler AI looks at the deliveries, the bays, the lift and each technician’s workload, and proposes an order you can apply as it comes or adjust your way.

  • First thing in the morning you have the order worth taking today’s cars in.
  • Every car comes with its reason in one line: the tightest delivery, the free bay.
  • What is approved with no slot, it offers to fit in: say how long it takes and it lands.
  • Apply, adjust or skip. Whatever you apply is logged and can be undone.

Booking

Book the appointment in the time the call takes

You pick up the phone, type the plate, and there is the customer, their car and what you did to it last time. The appointment is booked before you hang up.

  • Regulars never have to repeat their details: the plate brings them in.
  • A new car is created from the plate and little else; the rest, when you can.
  • Book them for another day or take the car in right now if it is at the door.
  • It suggests the freest technician and a compatible bay, and you say yes.

From the shop to the invoice

The car leaves with everything in writing, and you never type it twice

What gets decided at check-in travels all the way to the handover and the invoice. Nobody copies data from one screen to another, and the customer drives off with everything in writing.

  • Each technician sees their own and you see where every car stands, without asking.
  • Anything waiting on a part or an estimate shows up before it takes a bay.
  • The work order comes out of the appointment, and the invoice and handover from it.
  • The customer gets their appointment reminder, and you the alert if they miss it.

Questions about the scheduler

Five, and each one serves a different decision: day, week and month to place the work coming in; the by-technician view to see what is being worked on right now; and shop status to know where each car stands. You switch between them from the same bar, without losing your filters.
No. Cafler AI proposes and explains why, citing where the data came from. Applying, adjusting or skipping is always your call, and whatever is applied is logged and can be undone.
Yes. The by-technician view shows work in progress: if a job booked from 10:00 to 11:00 is still open at 11:30, its bar keeps growing until it is closed. The shop status board sums up how many vehicles are in each state and what is blocked.
Four things, done once: the centre’s opening hours and holidays, the services you offer with their duration, the bays or lifts, and the employees with their specialities. With that, the scheduler can already suggest technician, bay and a free slot.
Yes. Each centre has its own schedule, hours and bays, and group administration can see the whole picture and move an appointment from one centre to another without re-entering the customer’s details.
