If the workshop runs on Outlook or Microsoft 365, Cafler OS connects to that account through OAuth and sends quotes, appointment reminders and collection notices from there. Same behaviour as Gmail: the customer gets the email from your usual address and the platform keeps the record.

- OAuth connection: you authorise access from your own account, no password sharing.
- Every message is logged on the customer and vehicle records.
- Replies land in your usual inbox, with the full thread.
How to switch it on
