Questions about the plans

It is the usage unit of the Cafler AI agents. Every conversation consumes tokens, and voice uses more than text. Each paid plan includes its monthly pool: 5,000 on Starter, 20,000 per location on Growth and 60,000 per location on Pro.
You know in advance: you get alerts at 50 %, 80 % and 100 % of the pool. When it runs out you choose between topping up or waiting for next month, and you set the monthly spend limit yourself from the dashboard.
Yes. Starter covers one location; on Growth and Pro you pay for each connected location, with no cap on how many, and they all share data and the token pool.
Yes. The Free plan gives you the location dashboard, order management and the Marketplace at Cafler prices, paying only for what you buy.
Yes. You enable them over your plan from the dashboard, they are billed at your country local price, and you can drop them when you no longer need them.
The amounts on this page exclude taxes. Applicable taxes are added on the invoice according to your country.
