About Cafler

Cafler is the AI for automotive aftersales: a platform that automates your workshop's operations end to end —check-in, quotes, scheduling, invoicing and customer communication— so you save time and win more work.
For independent workshops, workshop networks and groups, dealerships, fleets, service stations and any aftersales business that wants to digitise and automate its operations. It scales from a single workshop to a multi-site network.
Cafler operates today in the United Kingdom, United States, Spain, France, Chile, Costa Rica and Taiwan, among other markets, with per-country tax and language settings. We're continuously expanding coverage.
English, Spanish, French and Traditional Chinese out of the box. Other languages can be enabled on request.

The platform

Cafler is modular: scheduling and workshop status, customer and vehicle CRM, work orders, quotes with payment links, digital check-in with signature, inspection checklists, invoicing and ERP, spare-parts marketplace, pricing and stock. Turn on the modules you need.
Search for the product in the marketplace, add it to the cart and confirm: a single order and a single invoice even when several suppliers are involved, with coordinated delivery. Cafler already has the agreements in place, so you don't negotiate with each supplier.
Yes. Cafler connects via API and standard integration (JSON/FacturaE) with the most common workshop systems, with no need to replace your DMS, accounting tool or current calendar.
Basic setup takes minutes with the AI guiding you step by step: hours, services, bays, staff, stock and pricing. Full rollout —with data migration and team training— is usually ready within a few days.
Always. The AI suggests and prepares actions, but quotes, charges and customer communications require your explicit approval.
Every AI decision is logged and reversible. You can correct it on the spot and the model learns from your feedback.

Security & data

All data is stored on European servers, encrypted at rest and in transit, with daily backups. We're GDPR compliant and SOC 2 certification is in progress.
Yes. You set granular permissions per module (view, create, edit, delete) and assign roles to each user, so everyone in the workshop only accesses what they should.
Yes. Cafler complies with the General Data Protection Regulation. It also helps you manage your customers' consent: when you add them you can capture their digital signature for data and communications, and the AI warns you before contacting a customer who hasn't given it.
Your workshop's and your customers' data is yours. Cafler processes it to provide the service and you can export it whenever you want; we never sell it to third parties.

Onboarding & support

A specialist guides your go-live: account setup, data migration, team training and tuning the AI to the way you work. No disruption to your operations.
Yes. You can upload your files in Excel, CSV, PDF or image format and the AI extracts and loads the data for you —customers, vehicles, services, stock or staff— with no manual entry.
