The day’s order, in your Schedule

It’s right at the top when you open the Schedule: today’s recommended order.

  1. 1

    Check the order

Each vehicle with its position, plate, customer and reason: short job, waiting for a bay, waiting for a technician or blocked.

  2. 2

    Adjust what changes

Skip a vehicle that isn’t happening today and hit Refresh to recalculate after a change.

  3. 3

    Fit in what’s pending

Jobs without a slot join the order as soon as you give them a duration.

  4. 4

    Update when it matters

More info tells you whether to update the customer, for example about a delay. You choose Notify or Don’t notify.

Less rushing and on-time deliveries

Start with what matters

Promised deliveries and short jobs go first.

Bays always busy

Free slots are filled with whatever can go in now.

Customers updated in time

You know when to message before they call you.

You decide

No update goes to the customer until you confirm it.

The order is calculated from the delivery time, the parts available and how busy your bays and lifts are. The more accurate your service durations, the sharper the order.

It lives in your Schedule

The agent works in the Cafler OS scheduling module, alongside your appointments, the workshop status and the per-employee view.

Questions about the scheduling agent
